- Are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided
- Do not guarantee service provider availability or performance

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ApnaHelper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question
- We are not responsible for service provider actions, omissions, or service quality
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApnaHelper, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

- Your violation of any rights of another party
